Stephanie is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boulder Care: a high-quality provider of addiction medicine.

Stephanie has dedicated her career to healthcare innovation through venture capital investing, entrepreneurship, published research, and public policy.

In 2017, Stephanie founded Boulder in response to America’s overdose crisis. The company delivers telehealth treatment and long-term support to patients overcoming substance use disorders, and partners with leading health plans under outcomes-based payment models.

Prior to Boulder, Stephanie was an investor at Apple Tree Partners in New York City, where she supported venture and growth stage healthcare businesses out of a $1.5B fund.

Stephanie graduated with Highest Distinction from Duke’s School of Public Policy.
