With much of his career dedicated to healthcare technology, Tim specializes in helping organizations develop technology strategies that align with service delivery goals and enhance organizational performance through innovative solutions. Additionally, Tim has assisted many organizations select, implement, and optimize electronic health records (EHR) and related
technologies.

Tim also has significant experience as a consulting leader for a leading behavioral health EHR vendor, where he led a team of project managers and consultants to successfully implement comprehensive technology solutions nationwide. His experience also includes consulting on complex projects, collaborating directly with software engineers to design tailored solutions for clients.

Tim's career began with almost twenty years of experience with a large non-profit provider in Minnesota, where he led behavioral health and child and family programs statewide.
