Employers have a significant role in shaping the mental well-being of their employees'  families, particularly when it comes to youth mental health. This session  will delve into why employers are uniquely positioned to influence the mental  health of the next generation. By creating a supportive work environment and  offering resources that extend beyond the workplace, employers can make a  meaningful impact on their employees and their families. Experts will  discuss the responsibility and opportunity employers have in addressing youth  mental health challenges, highlighting how proactive involvement can lead to  healthier families and a more resilient workforce.
