Description:

Telehealth has transformed the landscape of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment,  offering new pathways to care that meet individuals where they  are—physically, emotionally, and mentally. This session will explore  innovative telehealth approaches that expand access to evidence-based SUD  treatment, particularly for populations who face barriers to traditional  in-person care. Experts will discuss the benefits and challenges of virtual  care models, including increased flexibility, privacy, and continuity of  care. Real-world examples will highlight how providers are integrating  telehealth with personalized support to improve recovery outcomes, and how  policymakers and payers can further support the expansion of these services.  Attendees will leave with practical insights on leveraging telehealth to  provide accessible, high-quality SUD care.
